Maciej Kosieradzki, MD. PhD. FEBS. Prof.

He is a team member of the Department of General and Transplantation Surgery since 1997. In 2016 he started to lead the Department and became a leader of scientific and skills development of other team members. He procures organs from living donors and deceased donors, performs kidney, pancreas and liver transplants. His broad interests include kidney transplantation in patients with severe defects of the lower urinary tract. He is an author of 118 manuscripts with Impact Factor 71.2 (HI=13).

Piotr Domagala, MD. PhD. FEBS. MBA.

He is joined the Department of General and Transplantation Surgery in 2006. He procures organs from deceased donors, and performs kidney and liver transplants. He is one of the experts who run the living kidney donor program with the use of minimally invasive techniques. He qualifies patients with organ failure for transplantation. He is an author of 71 manuscripts with Impact Factor 70.8 (HI=10).
